Therefore, in honour of this romantic occasion, we have chosen a range of our prosecco cocktails for you to enjoy regardless of who you’re spending the day with.
1. Foxglove
Pictured above, this is arguably the prettiest of the lot! The Foxglove not only tastes fresh and floral but its lilac colour really plays the part for a girly Valentine’s evening. The lavender, citrus and prosecco combine beautifully in this sour-style libation.

Glass & Garnish
Coupe Glass from freezer, Lavender flower

2. Raspberry Smash
Super simple to make but always impressive to serve to your other half. The sweet Chambord is an ideal contrast to the dry prosecco, leaving you with a perfectly balanced drink. The muddled raspberries will keep infusing throughout to add more layers of fruitiness.

3. Fox Force 75
One for those without the need to participate in the pink or red theme. The Fox Force 75 is an elegant and effervescent staple for any celebratory occasion. More impactful than a mimosa, the Fox Force 75 will make a charming addition to your couples’ brunch.

25ml Gin, 15ml Lemon Juice, 15ml Simple Syrup, Pale Fox to top
Glass & Garnish
Champagne glass, Lemon Peel

4. Negroni Sbagliato
The Negroni Sbagliato is a bubbly version of its predecessor, the Negroni, with gin replaced by prosecco. Yet, with notes of citrus and a botanical aroma, this buoyantly bitter drink has a slightly sweeter finish. Created by chance in a bar in Milan in the 1980s, this ‘happy accident’ makes for an extremely enjoyable aperitif.
Ingredients
25ml Campari, 25ml Aged Red Vermouth, Dash of Orange Bitters, Pale Fox to top
Glass & Garnish
Rocks Glass, Orange Peel
Method
Add all ingredients except Pale Fox, Stir, Top with Pale Fox, Add garnish
5. Wild Strawberry Spritz
We have added a wild strawberry twist to a classic spritz. Romantically, legend says that strawberries came from the heart-shaped tears of Aphrodite after she learned of her lover Adonis’ death. Now recognised as an aphrodisiac, the strawberries welcome a fruity dimension to the bittersweet flavour of Campari. You can follow the recipe below or, if you're feeling lazy, then we've done the hard work for you with our Wild Strawberry Spritz Kit.

20ml Campari, 20ml Strawberry Syrup, Pale Fox to top
